A pretty 40 sq./m flat renovated in 2023, for 4 people maximum, with superbe wounden exposed beams. The flat consists of a living room-kitchen and a bedroom overlooking a quiet courtyard/garden. In the bedroom, a double bed queen size 160. In the living room, a new pure leather sofa bed very comfortable and easily convertible. There is a few steps in the flat to access the shower-toilet wich is very small but pretty. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a washing machine.

The apartment is very bright, with skylight, windows overlooking the Parisian rooftops, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
