Conveniently near a bus stop & only 5 minute drive to a commuter train station connecting you to downtown Vancouver. With one queen size bed & full size sofa bed the suite sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully stocked with all the essentials. Be aware we have a toddler & dog.

Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and a washer and dryer in the bathroom.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry and outdoor seating, fire pit, bbq & hot tub. Bedrooms can both be twins or kings or a combination for flexibility, please request when booking.

We are situated between the Vedder River and Vedder Mountain with world-class fishing, mountain biking, hiking, and river trails. It's a ten-minute drive to Cultus Lake and about twenty minutes to either Abbotsford or Chilliwack.

We welcome you to 'le petit bonheur' (little happiness). Our studio suite offers complete privacy with its own entrance and outside sitting area looking out on our fenced backyard, with a ground level trampoline. There is street parking available. The house is situated on a grade and does require stair climbing to access the suite. There is no A/C in the unit.
