Welcome to our serene retreat nestled in the charming town of Caerwys, North Wales. This spacious 1 bedroom cottage, plus a sofa bed in the living room provides opportunity for up to 4 people to stay. It's a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. Our property promises a delightful experience combining modern amenities with scenic surroundings for a tranquil getaway. Travel cot available; well behaved dogs are welcome. 2 pubs, 1 serving great food and 1 showing sports within walking distance.

The cottage is ideally placed for walking holidays. It benefits from a secluded patio and garden with unrivalled views across the Clwydian Valley. It has been recently renovated and sleeps two people in one open plan space so, is ideal for couples or friends alike. It has a modern kitchen and en suite shower room. There is facility to store and dry wet gear. A short walk to the Dinorben Arms. Close to the Offa’s Dyke trail. Airbnb have changed how they collect fees. Prices haven’t gone up.

An excellent pub/restaurant, The Dinorben Arms, offers real ales and great food, just a 15 minute walk away. Convenient location for local walks on the hills, along the river or Offas Dyke path. Outdoor pursuits and many other activities are available in the Snowdonia National Park and along the beautiful North Wales Coast.

One of three beautiful craftsman built shepherds huts, Hicks Hut is situated in its own peaceful wildflower meadow The shepherd's hut has a wood burner for cosy warmth and is a great way to have a romantic fire lit evening! The hut has its own en-suite shower and loo. During spring and summer the beautiful blooms of wildflowers attract lots colourful butterflies and pollinating insects. The hum of the wild life and the gentle trickle of the stream alongside creates a relaxing stay.

The historic market town of Ruthin is a mile away and holds a wealth of history with it's castle, and beautiful buildings. Ruthin has numerous restaurants, pubs and take-aways (which includes deliveries). North Wales attractions are accessible by car with Snowdonia and Zip World only 1hr drive away. Walks and cyclepaths are plentiful in the surrounding area.
