Vi e arvì, "vieni e torna da noi", è una casa dal gusto fresco e moderno. Situata a pochi metri dal mare, ideale per trascorrere la propria permanenza a Pescara. E' un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la costa dei trabocchi o la nostra meravigliosa montagna. Al primo piano c'è un ampio soggiorno, una camera da letto matrimoniale con balcone e un bagno. La scala luminosa porta al secondo piano, dove ci sono due camere da letto, con bagni privati.Condizionatori e zanzariere in ogni ambiente.

Il mio appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato,è accogliente,fresco e comodo adatto per passare un soggiorno in totale relax leggendo un buon libro nel giardino ,è una zona con molto verde e quindi succede di essere risvegliati dal cinguettio degli uccelli ,il quartiere è tranquillissimo, è una zona periferica ma vicinissima al Centro Storico,pertanto la sera per fare una passeggiata o andare a mangiare nel centro non è necessario spostarsi in macchina.
