It has a shared garden and playground with VILLA YIANNITSIS AP.1. 800 meters away is the center of Acharavi where you will find restaurants, taverns, cafes, bars, supermarkets and banks. In the attic two queen size bedrooms and a comfortable office can accommodate at least 5 guest. On the lower level a large open living area creates a comfortable environment. A private undercover balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Time and worries will melt away by the serenity of this beautiful location.
