Studio311 is detached from the main home providing privacy. It’s on the second story of a building on our property. The room offers a queen size bed, internet, bathroom with a stand up shower, Smart 55” TV, small fridge, kitchenette. Ductless split air system to regulate the temperature. Tankless hot water heater for your hot water needs.

North End cottage- Amazing Location- Updated!

This beautiful, backyard cottage is located in Boise's North End. Camel's Back Park and miles of trails are just out the back gate and a short walk brings you to the Boise Co-op and wine shop or Hyde Park's food, coffee and shops. I provide 2 bikes for guest use. Please note; my minimum stay is 2 nights and there is no TV in the cottage. It may be possible to bring your dog to the cottage. Please read the "other things to note" for details. Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river.
