Appartamento completamente ristrutturato, piano terra con entrata indipendente. Situato in una piccola piazza molto silenziosa , vicino ai più importanti monumenti storici raggiungibili a piedi : Pantheon (2 minuti), piazza Navona (7 min.), piazza Venezia (3 min.), Fontana di Trevi (8 min.), Colosseo (10 min.), via del Corso (2 min.), Fori Imperiali (10 min.).

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.
