There is a very decent-sized kitchen and living room, with brand new appliances throughout and A/C. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Bathroom has a shower, washing machine for clothes too. Lovely patio outside with splendid views over Kalo Livadi beach below, unbelievable sunrises to be seen

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. Havuzu misafir evi (max. 4 kişi) ve misafir kulubesinde (max.2 kişi) kalan konuklarımız ortak kullanırlar. Havuz, 15 Haziran - 1 Ekim tarihleri arasında açıktır.
