Doğal hayatı ve gezmeyi sevenler için Şairhane mekanınız Hayyam evine hoş geldiniz. Şairhane evleri; Yoga yapabileceğiniz, kitap okuyup sanatsal faaliyetlerinizi yürütebileceğiniz meyve bahçesi içerisinde huzurlu bir yaşam alanı sunar. Kozbeyli köyü 600 yıllık bir Osmanlı köyüdür. Köyümüz denize 2 kilometre mesafededir. Yeni Foça 8 km. Eski Foça ise 16 km'dir. Foça koyları muhteşemdir. Fula Dağı bisiklet ve yürüyüş yolu köyün içinden geçer. İki insan dostu sevecen köpeğimizle sizleri bekliyoruz.

The house is Located just about the Avlaki beach and 7-10 minutes walk from the harbor of the port. It is surrounded by a garden of 4000 square meters with great vegetation, olive, lemon and orange trees as well as a variety of aromatic herbs. It can accommodate 2 adults and a young child, if needed. Breakfast preparation facilities are available in the house, which has no kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the house. Excellent restaurants and tavern are located in walking distance.

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Market, manava, fırına uzaklığımız sadece 500 metre. 1 çift kişilik yatak 1 açılır kanepe ve asma katımızda 1 tek kişilik yatak mevcut.
