This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

-One master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom providing tub with hydromassage as well as a large veranda that offers gorgeous sea views. -Two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. -One independent guest house in the main building occupied with double bedroom, ensuite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. -One bedroom with two single beds. -A spacious playing room providing a ping pong table & two sofa beds. This villa offers comfortable accommodation for 12 persons.

Perfect for couples or families with older children looking for a quiet and romantic stay. Guests can enjoy the peace of the private, walled garden, which hosts fruit trees, fragrant herbs, and beautiful potted plants, and swim in the pretty pool that is shared with the main house. The closest beach and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk, however, as the property is located on a hill above the town, (with the last part being a short, steep climb), some may want to rent a motorbike.

If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.
