It has light and bright high ceilings and many windows to compliment San Clemente's famous year round weather. It has it's own private entrance with parking. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the ocean view private roof deck, or wine down with a glass at sunset. Not only does this home offer AC and heat, a washer and dryer is located conveniently inside the home. The fully stocked kitchen allows for making the perfect meal with all the necessities or head out to the delicious restaurants on Del Mar Street in downtown San Clemente. Staying here you’ll be just a few minutes’ drive to local beaches, golf courses and parks. Take a walk to San Clemente State beach just across the street. The popular surf spots at Trestles beach at San Mateo point is just about one mile away, while San Onofre State Beach is just under 2 miles away, making this vacation rental a great choice for surfers and families wanting to catch some Southern California waves and sun! You have the full home to enjoy to yourself! We are always available by phone, text or email. We want to ensure our guests have the best say possible! Please feel free to reach out for any questions, concerns or travel advice! This is a quiet and safe neighborhood with golf course near by. We are down the street from the Rip Curl Store. This is a residential area located NEXT to the 5 freeway for convenient access. This can cause very mild traffic noise from the 5, however, there are multiple hotels and other vacation rentals on the same street which does not seem to bother many guests. Easy access to freeway allowing for quick and easy travel to multiple sought-after destinations such as San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Disneyland and many others! Close to Camp Pendleton, multiple hiking trails, for example Cleveland National Forest, several golf courses and of course, famous Southern California beaches. Getting around: San Clemente Summer Weekend Trolly - FREE- taking you from a near by stop every 15 minutes all around beautiful San Clemente! Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available! Amtrak, Pacific Surfliner Route - train - takes you from San Clemente to Sea World, all the way to Downtown San Diego. Heading north, the Surfliner takes you directly through Anaheim, making your ticket to Disneyland worry free. Not to mention, this convenient train will take you all the way to Los Angeles. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in an organic citrus farm on a 27-acre private land with mountain and valley view of citrus and avocados groves. This unit has its own private entrance and a private deck with outdoor sink, BBQ and dining area. The indoor living space is about 930 sf, and the deck area is about 750 sf. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.

Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

The Nest/Sunsets Geodesic Dome

Our dome is a half-moon structure that features a king-size memory foam bed and an outdoor shower under a pepper tree, while the deck provides stunning views of the hilltop. We're located in a gated community close to all major attractions, and guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets, starry skies, ocean breeze, and bird watching (21 different kinds). The dome is 200 sqft with AC/heater, an outhouse (composting toilet), and outdoor showers, making it a perfect choice for glamping.

A-Frame in the Clouds

Bailes Farm was chosen 2nd best glamping destination in the U.S. by Hipcamp in 2023. Remote A-Frame off-grid cabin with expansive ocean and mountain views. On a clear day, enjoy an expansive view of the Pacific Ocean. The A-Frame is located in a former avocado grove that is slowly being re-established with diverse permaculture. Everything is provided for cooking and eating, as well as a hot shower and composting toilet. The bed will be made for you with clean bedding.

Garden Cottage at the Green is a perfect place designed especially for the enjoyment of its unique, award-winning gardens, proximity to the beach and fresh coastal breezes. This exclusive retreat offers complete seclusion and privacy while still offering intimate and warm hospitality. Dogs are allowed at an additional cost of $30/day /per pet which be paid on site. We don't accept cats. We can provide other services such as laundry for an additional cost.
