The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. It is 80m2 comfortable with 2 bedroom can accommodate up to 7 people. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Your family will be close to what they need in this centrally located space. The house is located in a central but also quiet location. It is located at a short distance from a mini-market, bakery, cafe, pizzeria, souvlaki restaurant (less than 50 meters). The distance from the beach of Agria is about 10 minutes on foot and is very close to the main road that leads to the beaches and villages of Pelion mountain.

Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο, κομψό χώρο. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση από το κέντρο του Βόλου, πλησίον ΟΣΕ και ΚΤΕΛ. Και πολύ κοντά στο σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό!!!!Επισης πολύ κοντά στο λιμανι!!Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο πρώτο όροφο διπλοκατοικίας, η πρόσβαση σε αυτό γίνεται μέσω σκάλας.
