Welcome to Ālōkaya House, our chic and modern villa located in the heart of Ahangama, Sri Lanka. This 3 en-suite bedrooms house offers the perfect blend of style, comfort and calmness for your stay. The architecture, carefully designed to welcome natural light from morning until night, confers each room a warm and serene atmosphere. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living, dining and pool areas, making it a perfect spot for socializing or unwinding after a day exploring around.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.
