Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Wir haben hier eine 3000 m2 Oase im Grünen, die trotzdem nur 15 Minuten von Salzburg entfernt liegt. Privatsphäre ist garantiert. Wir haben die letzten sechs Monate dieses wunderschöne Plätzchen renoviert, damit sich größere Gruppen oder zwei Familien darin sehr wohl fühlen können. Es liegt komplett im Grünen und hat an drei Seiten keine Nachbarn. Es ist voller Spielsachen und es gibt Trampolin und Spielgerüst. Das Haus liegt ruhig und allein und hat eine voll besonnte, nicht einsehbare Terrasse und einen wild-romantischen Garten am Bach. Im EG gibt es eine bestens ausgestattete Landhausküche, Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen, großem Esstisch, gemütlichem großen Sofa und Fernsehecke. Insgesamt 5 Schlafzimmer und Bad, sowie Sauna und Dusche.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

We renovated our 2-room apartment "Black & White" with attention to detail, refurnished it and created a wonderful overall concept. The bedroom is bright, all in white, natural Scandinavian chic. The living room with the small fitted kitchen with dark grey/black furniture that moves between industrial style and art deco. But the most beautiful thing is the view from the breakfast table of the Alps and Salzburg's magical local mountain - the Untersberg.

Ein Katzensprung zum Königssee ca. 45 min. Es gibt eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und einen Rufbus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spielplatz, Schwimm- und Freibäder in der Nähe. Kuschliges Studio Salzburgblick

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft in ländlicher Atmosphäre Nähe Salzburg. Auch die anderen touristischen Highlights wie Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut und Chiemsee erreichen Sie schnell mit dem Auto. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist jedoch leider schlecht. Wanderungen und Radtouren können direkt von der Wohnung aus unternommen werden.
