This was once a one room grade school that has been converted into a cozy cabin for your enjoyment. No tv, no Wi-Fi, cell service is available. The school house cabin is located next to the Plum Creek Wildlife Management Area and 22 miles from the Niobrara River and 13 miles from Ainsworth, NE.

Our cozy little space has all that you will need for time away and we aim to make you to feel right at home. It is located close to the Bait shop and all of the restaurants, gas stations, Scotty’s Ranchland Foods, and more. Just off Highway 20 between Stuart and Bassett, you are also just 45 minutes from O’Neill to the east or 1 hour 15 minutes from Valentine to the west. You can relax with family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Has a spacious outdoor yard and being the only place on the road there is no other traffic neighbors.
