Little ones will love the tree swings and have plenty of room to run around and explore the artificial-turfed, half-acre garden attached to this spacious house. Indoors, an attractive gourmet chef’s kitchen awaits home cooks, while there’s plenty of furnished alfresco dining space. The quiet neighborhood is nestled adjacent to hundreds of acres of parkland, redwood groves, and walking distance to several restaurants. It's a short drive to many shopping neighborhoods, including Rockridge, Dimond District, The Laurel and Grand Lake. Easy freeway access (1-minute to the 13 and 5 minutes to 580) provides quick access to Oakland dining and shopping as well as San Francisco. There's street and driveway parking.

The complex is beautiful and has something for everyone. There is a beautiful lagoon, many pools, a large hot tub. Pool table, exercise room with weights, ping-pong and much more.
