New comfortable studio apartment along the lagoon. A block from the beach. Easy walk to Park Street and South Shore Shopping Center. Well furnished kitchen, living space with sofa and ottoman, and queen size bed. Large dressing area and huge bathroom. Bright and sunny. (stairs in the photos go up to our home and are not open for use) Nearly the full basement level of our house, with it's own entry. Not for parties - we live upstairs.
