The Writer's Cottage

The Writer's Cottage is a tiny white house on a country road; vintage, complete, and inspiring. Built in the nineteenth century, it's perfect for a solo traveler or a pair of travelers exploring the Berkshires and the Hudson Valley. If you like rustic buildings, you'll be a fan of the cottage; it's an incredibly cozy time warp. Queen bed and living quarters downstairs; airy loft up a narrow set of enclosed stairs. There's an orchard and lawn with grill, hammock and ironwork table.

River cabin 5 - private shoreline & the VIEWS!

This is my favorite of all 19 cabins at Towpath Landing! 200 degree water views from huge deck just feet from the water and serene privacy - there is a shed on the property not another cabin. Super romantic with a huge fire pit and your own little beachy kayak launch. Vischer Ferry bike trail borders the property for biking, hiking and kayaking. Vaulted beamed ceiling and full walls of glass make for crazy views overlooking the river. Serviced by filtered river water. SO SO PEACEFUL HERE!

The Garden Cottage

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Historic Hudson Cottage

A historic hideaway built in 1737 nestled just outside the city of Hudson. Featuring a full kitchen, spacious living room and bath on the main floor and a lofted, light-filled bedroom on the second. Enjoy evenings nestled by the wood stove, or get out and explore the four acre property. The city of Hudson is an easy 5 minute drive, take in the Hudson food and drink scene and explore the dozens of antique stores. We look forward to welcoming you!

The cottage is 5 minutes from many mountain trails, 12 minutes to Woodstock, 10 to Saugerties, under 30 to Hunter Mountain and 20 to Kingston. This area has so much to offer in all four seasons! We are just down the road from Indian Head Wilderness in Catskill Park, and very close to Kaaterskill Wild Forest.
