Just a 3-5 minute walk away is the Albay Provincial Capitol, Legazpi's City Hall, St. Gregory the Great Cathedral, Gregorian Mall and many fast food and casual dining restaurants and 24hour convenience stores. With a single jeepney/tricycle ride, you can easily get to the malls of Legazpi and transport terminals where you can take a ride to the various tourist destinations of Albay and surrounding provinces.

The unit has its own comfort room and small kitchen if you wish to cook. There are nearby sari-sari store and eatery where you can buy your foods.
