The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

The beach is only steps away from your room, INDOOR POOL & HOTTUB are open year round, outdoor pool & hot tub OPEN 4/25/2026 - 10/31/2026, outside balcony w/small ocean view, & ocean front gazebo w/ patio furniture. Free parking for 3 cars. Sheets &towels provided. Drip coffee maker & Keurig available. 1/2 mile to the Wright Brothers Monument. Grocery stores and restaurants all within 1 mile.

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. . We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and even an escape room.

Enjoy this quiet, private location with the Outer Banks beaches and attractions only about 15 minutes away. Pet friendy.

Flat Top Bungalow

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
