The space is located just a block from a stretch of restaurants on NE Killingsworth, two blocks from all of the restaurants and shops on NE Alberta, and a five minute walk to beautiful Alberta Park. This unit is equipped with a toaster oven, hot plate, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Please note this is the lower unit of our home so you will likely hear day to day noises between 6am and 7pm.

Tuck yourself into bed and enjoy the stars or choose to black out windows using our automated shades for uninterrupted sleep.

This spacious room is ideal for 1 or 2 guests who want an entirely separate private space and charming "interior garden" porch, but who don't need a full kitchen.

Built to feel like a little touch of luxury, with the quaintness and quality of a craft home. This place is a true sneak-away with a two person soaking tub, marble shower, king tempurpedic bed and a fully stocked kitchen. This open studio has 15 ft ceilings allowing ample sunlight and a large, light feeling. This house was designed and built by me my friends so no detail is overlooked or unintentional. This was our labor of love for a year and Im so excited to now be able to share it.

Timber Frame Guesthouse - 100% Green Construction

Cozy, beautiful casita! This is the only home of its kind in Portland. Artfully built in traditional timber-frame style, all of the joinery is wood-to-wood. Every timber was milled from our family land. Insulation is clay-straw and the walls are natural plaster. Enjoy a true refuge in the heart of NE Portland, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, parks, Alberta Arts district & more. 12 minute drive to PDX, 15 to downtown. The home has been thoughtfully preserved and decorated and lets in an incredible amount of natural light. The outdoor space offers an incredibly private area to relax or enjoy a meal on the deck. It truly feels like a home away from home!

Our Guesthouse - Alberta Park - 2 bedrooms (queen)

Our goal is for you to feel at home during your stay with the convenient location and amenities. You'll have the space all to yourself as you explore Portland and the surrounding areas or to return to after visiting friends and family. Walk to excellent restaurants, call in a local delivery, or stay in and cook with a fully equipped kitchen. Restless kids (or adults) can grab a ball and explore the 16 acre park one block away. Unit is non-smoking/vaping and pet free.

Enjoy a stay at this peaceful ~300 sq ft guest house located in the middle of the Alberta Arts District. Private entrance and entire place to yourself, no shared walls. Short stroll to great restaurants, art galleries, and shops. One block from Salt n Straw and several coffee shops. Great brunch, lunch, and dinner options all within walking distance. Reserved spot in our driveway for guests and plenty of free street parking available nearby as well.
