Newly renovated 600 square foot house features a heat pump, WIFI, new flooring fresh paint, and comfortable furniture to kick back and relax in. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.

Situated on a private dead end road, this 3 bed 1 bath home offers 85' of lake front on Alburgh's east shore and a boat launch a mile away, enjoy all the lake has to offer. Single level ranch style home with an open floor plan allowing for a feeling of togetherness with family and friends. All rooms are equipped with heat and AC. Bedrooms also have ceiling fans.

1860 Farmhouse

Enjoy a restful getaway at The 1860 Farmhouse. We purchased the farmhouse in 2018 from a family that had done extensive renovations to the interior. Keeping true to its historic roots, the farmhouse offers modern amenities in a historic setting. A convenient location close to Jay Peak and Smuggler's Notch, and many Vermont and Quebec attractions within an easy drive. Swiss and Bloom wedding venue and Phoenix Manor are close by. The house is 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12 people.

Please be aware, the basement will be occupied by the property caretaker, who has no access to your vacation home, and does not share any amenities with you. All the fun stuff is yours!
