The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. E' ideale per chi vuole passare una vacanza in totale relax e ama vivere la natura.Ha disposizione un cortile esterno e un giardino privato ,lettini per prendere il sole, terrazzo panoramico , doccia esterna con acqua calda , wi-fi e barbecue. Il parcheggio è gratuito .

Casa adatta anche a lunghi soggiorni, dotata di ogni comfort per il lavoro a distanza: wifi, postazione di lavoro, caminetto, riscaldamento autonomo. Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
