Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Welcome to The Wickenburg Ranch House, located in the heart of Horse Country in downtown Wickenburg. Our horse property is located off Hwy 60 near Safeway and Tractor Supply on paved roads. We have 2 homes ready for your stay, with plenty of room for your large group. The property will serve all your horse needs with (10) 14x20 covered horse pens with hay storage, (2) 30x30 pens, and a large arena. RV Space could also be rented during your stay. *Travel insurance highly recommended.

Lovely vacation home centrally located in Wickenburg. This is a great value for daily, weekly and monthly guests. Fully equipped kitchen and includes linens, towels and we also have a fully equipped coffee station. We have 3 queen beds,queen air mattress and couch for sleeping arrangements. Sits atop a hill with great Mountain View’s. Relax to the large patio either for chatting with family and friends, dinning or playing a game of corn hole! We do have a CAMERA set up by our garage.
