If you're not familiar with this area the dams failed in 2020 but there is still a ton to enjoy on the property and the surrounding area. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, separate rec room (pool table, dart board, bar, arcade, tv) BBQ grill, hot tub, scavenger hunt, yard games, etc.....

Seahorse Cottage

Just a short walk from the water (2 min, NOT lakefront, side street). Crystal lake is 5.3 miles. There is an access site you can anchor a boat at for the day (anchor, no dock or land, but you can anchor in the water and walk back to the cottage), the beach is 1/2 mile away, and raceway is 1 mile away. The large double lot sometimes has guests in a camper on the 2nd lot and a shared firepit. Golfcarts are allowed. Valid photo ID and phone number will be required immediately after booking.

Waterfront Bungalow w/Bunkhouse on Lake Wabasis

A fully renovated bungalow on double lot w/50' of lake frontage; vernal pond filled year-round with birds & other wildlife; and unobstructed views of water, sky & nature. There's also a seasonal bunkhouse on the property. Combined, these 2 dwellings can comfortably house up to 7 people. We can also 'bundle' w/our 2nd waterfront cottage to accommodate larger groups. Secluded Lake House Getaway

House has four bedrooms each with queen beds as well as a kids room with 3 sets of twin bunk beds - entire house is newly remodeled. It's the only house on 3rd Lake. You can use the pontoon (extra charge and 3 day notice needed) and take it to both 1st and 2nd Lakes or you can take the kayaks or row boat (with trolling motor) to any of the six lakes which are all connected and tie to the Flat River. Perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.

During warm-weather months (typically early May through late October), we also include FREE use of a pontoon boat and private dock on the property. Plus we provide guests with 2 kayaks, a paddle boat, fishing gear and swim floats.
