Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

Si trova in un piccolo villaggio alpino da cui si parte per raggiungere altri villaggi e località, a piedi e in auto. Il giardino a uso esclusivo con area pranzo, barbecue, piscina, ombrelloni e sdraio è molto amato. E' presente Wi-Fi.

Das Studio liegt im Oberen Teil von Biel VS, heute Gemeinde Goms. Das Goms ist bekannt für den Langlauftourismus im Winter, und im Sommer für das Wanderparadies Goms. Das Studio ist zu Fuss ca. 15 Minuten von der Langlaufloipe und vom Bahnhof entfernt. Wenn Sie gern mit dem ÖV anreisen wollen, holen wir euch gern beim Bahnhof ab. Within 5 minutes you are at the ski valley resort of Belalp, which can be reached by car or bus. The house is heated with wood with the soapstone stove from 1882. In the bedroom there is another wood-burning stove with a view of the burning flames.
