We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Scenic cabin with a creek view

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

If are looking for comfy home with a stunning ocean view within walking distance of Yachats restaurants and shops, our house is for you! Watch the waves roll in, the sun set, the birds fly by, and occasionally whales and sea lions from our comfy home. Hunt for agates on the smelt sand beach and explore the tide pools just in front of the house, walk down the nearby 804 trail to an 8-mile sandy beach, or head to nearby Cape Perpetual for a hike.

Pool house with hot tub and extras (year round)

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.

Whole lower floor with three bedrooms, 1 bathroom (access only through one of the bedrooms), and a living room/artist studio space with kitchenette. Outside deck and patios around pond. Located in rural Oregon near Corvallis surrounded by beautiful pristine forest. If more than two people, price changes, so make sure you are making the reservation with the correct number of guests:)
