Kitchenette has fridge & microwave, no stove. Beautiful views w/private access to Bonito River right off deck.This area doesn’t flood. Covered area for parking.

One bedroom with queen, also a sofa bed in the living area that connects w/kitchenette. Save money by cooking in. Balcony looks out on trees with a creek and ducks below. Electronic lock access for easy check in/out. No WiFi. Condo does have heating, cooling, fireplace, cable, towels, and plates/pans/utensils for cooking.

We are conveniently located about halfway between downtown Ruidoso and Ski Run Rd. which takes you to Ski Apache. Elevation is 7000 ft, so it's a bit cooler here than down in the village. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long work week or for an extended stay. Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
