Newly renovated cozy house with light and modern decor, close to the Ørestad metro , that takes you to the center of Copenhagen in 10 minutes. Walking distance to the Big shoppingcenter Fields, Bella Center and Royal Arena. From the hallway you step into a bright modern livingroom , bathroom, and kitchen, from there you can go out to a nice big terrace. There are two bathrooms , one in each floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has double bed - the other has 3 singlebeds. There is also possibility of sleeping downstairs in the livingroom.

Dobbeltseng i soveværelse, kun adgang fra den ene side. Sovesofa til 2 personer (110cm bred) i stuen. Der er tynde bambus gardiner som ikke tager lyset udenfor, i stuen hvor sovesofa er. Den ene del af huset er fra 1980, den andel del fra 2020. Ovn til brænde virker ikke. Badeværelset er gammelt men fungerer.
