After just minutes on the free ferry from Central Station, you’ll find Amsterdam’s true north. This up-and-coming neighbourhood is alive and kicking, bursting with cultural hotspots. At the centre of the neighbourhood’s social life there was always the Saint Rita church. Now that it is home to Bunk Amsterdam, this still holds true. Locals and travellers alike come to catch some rays on our terrace, sticking around for an affordable dinner and some free cultural nourishment.

There is great history behind the hotel. The Vergulden Eenhoorn was established in 1702 as a city farm and used to be one of very few farmhouses the city of Amsterdam has. Together with the city of Amsterdam the farmhouse was fully renovated to modern standards, while maintaining the historic value and its features. The space is fully equipped with all necessities to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

Our superior rooms are thoughtfully equipped with a small fridge, microwave, desk, and your choice of a comfortable double or twin bed. Each room features a private bathroom with a toilet and shower, while guests also enjoy access to a shared kitchen perfect for extended stays.
