The property was rebuilt from the ground up in 2017, blending original timber beams and local stone with contemporary design to offer guests a haven of peace and comfort. With Angaston a five-minute drive in one direction and world class wineries a five-minute drive in another, Vineyard Views has you covered. You can stay in and watch the sunset from the deck with a glass of shiraz, or you can use the peaceful location as a base to visit nearby cellar doors and other Barossa attractions.

Barossa 1900 Vineyard Retreat

Barossa 1900 offers luxury vineyard accommodation for 10 people in the Barossa Valley, one hour’s drive from Adelaide. The private two-acre property is home to some of the Barossa’s oldest dry-grown Grenache grapes and is located a short walk to cellar doors, restaurants, breweries and retail shopping in Tanunda. As a sister property to Barossa 1900 Homestead, together these two properties sleep 18 people. We offer generous inclusions and private winemaker tastings by appointment.

Originally built by hand in the 1970s and lovingly restored over the past year, this place is a rich, thoughtful one that you won't want to leave. Think floor to ceiling wood, board games aplenty, cozy flax-linen sheets, birdsong and the call of native birds as you rest and recharge.
