The cabin has plenty of parking with room for an RV or trailer on a flat lot with only 3 stairs to the front door. The living space is open concept with sliding glass doors to a great view of the outdoors and some beautiful sunsets. The backyard has outdoor seating and a kids' playhouse. A National Forest hiking trail is at the end of the quiet street and is only minutes from Bear Mountain Resort. Green Valley Lake is located at 7200 feet making it the highest village, meaning more snow in winter and cooler temps in the summer. There is a swimming beach w/ lifeguards, boats to rent, and a well-stocked fishing lake 5 minutes away. We’re close to the ski slopes and hikes too.
