This is a modern house, recently finished construction with a tasteful minimalist decor. Large open space living area with free fast wifi to enjoy your streaming services Netflix/Stan on the large smart TV. Spacious kitchen equipped with all necessary essentials to make you feel at home away from home. Two private bedrooms with queen size beds are available exclusively for your use during your stay. Close to Fiona Stanley, Murdoch hospitals, Cockburn Gateway shops and 20 mins to the CBD.

Peaceful Hilltop Retreat

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

Beachside Cottage

Small studio beach-side cottage with everything you need. Has a queen bed and a folding single bed, A/C, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer. Includes your own laundry with small washing machine, toilet and shower; and your own little patio with wind-out awning. It's only a 2 minutes walk to the beach and a 12 minutes walk along the beach to the Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

Peaceful sleep, can be had in our quiet 'loop street’. Little Fallow is a surprisingly spacious studio. It has a comfortable queen bed & luxury ensuite shower / vanity with separate toilet. Comfy chair to put your feet, quiet ceiling fan (no air conditioning ) & extra blankets if required. Restful outdoor with cooktop, if you feel like cooking. Each booking will get a free container of animal feed daily. Pick eggs from the hens. All bookings include bed linen, towels, kitchen appliances. BYO food and drinks.
