Idéalement situé pour visiter Grasse et ses parfumeries, Saint Paul de Vence et ses artistes, Cannes, Nice, Antibes, l’arrière pays et ses villages typiques (randonnées, cyclisme…)… et bien sûr Monaco et St Tropez ! Sophia Antipolis à 10 minutes, Plages à 20 mn de voiture, Plusieurs Golfs à proximité.

We offer you a spacious double bedroom with king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom and direct access from the bedroom to a fantastic south terrace. Wi-Fi & breakfast included ( the breakfast is tea coffee toast fruits in self service between 8/11am) -5mn from the beach and right in the center of Nice. "This is a shared accommodation with me and it’s gay friendly . This is a bed and breakfast, the kitchen is not accessible for lunch or dinner, those are to be taken outside.
