Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a half bath, downstairs a master bedroom with bathroom, open concept living room kitchen area. And Main level laundry area. Ready for a long vacation or a quick getaway.

My place is quiet, serene and private, and secluded. Hear the rooster crow or collect your own eggs for your breakfast. Head down to the private pond to try your luck at fishing (no license required) or paddle boarding. If you need to warm up, use the sauna or the outdoor hot tub year round. Located close to the downtown and a quick 4 minute drive to Aspirus hospital and stores. It has a private entrance with door-coded doors. There are 3 steps to climb at the front porch. Off-street parking is available.
