Welcome to the Appenzellerland Have you ever wanted to cherish a weekend, an entire week or even a timeout, in the outback, yet close to the city? Are you looking for a quite place, where you can enjoy walking, hiking, cross skiing, or just relax? Why not choosing the lovely Appenzellerland, between Lake Constance and the Säntis Mountain, where you can have all of it? Discover tranquility and relaxation in their original form: We offer a tiny, yet comfortable vacation rental for up to 2 people. The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Das Studio befindet sich in einem typischen Appenzellerhaus (erbaut 1689). Dich erwartet eine Mischung aus moderner und traditioneller Einrichtung. Du bist nur 3 Gehminuten von der Altstadt, vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und dem Bahnhof Appenzell entfernt. Das Studio verfügt über einen offenen Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit einem ausziehbaren 160cm breiten Bett. Ausserdem steht ein TV mit Netflix-Zugang zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und die gemütliche Essecke ist zum Frühstücken ideal.

In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Einige Wanderwege führen direkt am Haus vorbei und für eine Trainingsrunde ist innert 2 Minuten ein Sport-Parcours im Wald zu finden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für das Alltägliche befinden sich in Speicher und Teufen, die Stadt St. Gallen ist mit dem Auto in 10min erreichbar. Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft führt über eine Waldstrasse - im Winter 4x4 oder den 10-minütigen Fussweg

Das Studio-Pfauen ist an der Hauptgasse, 5 Min. vom Zentrum und 10 Min. vom Bahnhof entfernt. Es ist für 2 Pers. eingerichtet und befindet sich im 3. Stockwerk mit eigenem Eingang. Geeignet für Velo und/oder Töff- Fahrer da sich unsere Werkstatt im EG befindet. Buchen sie bei uns 3 Nächte oder länger erhalten sie die Appenzeller Ferienkarte mit 25 attraktiven Gratisangebote, sowie An und Rückreise mit dem ÖV in der Schweiz. Private bedroom in Souterrain (semi-basement) with private bathroom. No kitchen! We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.

Remember the time with your Grandma

The apartment is very sunny with a lot of light and fresh air form the North. In one minute, you will be in the middle of the little town. In the North, there are some nice hilly areas. Facing West gives you great sunsets. The apartment is cozy and let you forget the busy daily life. We are looking forward to having you in Appenzell for a while! All prices (except Kurtax) are incl. The studio is centrally located and well connected to public transportation. On three levels, it offers a sunny living area, a sleeping gallery, private bath and kitchenette. It creates the atmosphere of a loft based on the tiny house movement. Please keep always in mind to use the different levels and the connecting ladders always with care and at your own risk.

Quiet beautiful furnished flat

Feel comfortable in our flat. The apartment has a separate entrance and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private parking space available. The next bus stop is 200 meters away, the train station Rebstein-Marbach is 1.5 kilometers away. Grocery stores are 5 min (bakery) and 10 min (supermarket) away. Extra mattress for one child is available.
