The Monte Scala Court is located in the Regional Park of Po Delta, on the historical Via Pupilia which connect the houses to the beautiful WWF natural parks Golena di Panarella and Oasi Golena Madonnina Cà Cornera. Few km away is the fascinating Comacchio Vally, the city of Chioggia and Sottomarina, with their typical landscape shaped by the everlasting battle between the Po river and the Adriatic sea. Venice, Ravenna and Ferrara are easily reachable. We'll be happy to help you to organize bicycle daily trips, boat trips, and walks with expert guides. Closed by there are also few riding stables.

The sightseeing continues as silent gondolas slowly pass before your eyes while amazed travelers take photograph from a bridge of a vibrant field one of the widest lagoons in the city. We really love this neighborhood, close to the Ca' Pesaro museum, Palazzo Mocenigo, Basilica dei Frari, Scuola Grande di S. Giovanni Evanglista, the Palazzeto Bru Zane, and the Campo S. Giacomo dell'Orio with its many grocery shops, traditional restaurants and wine bars. Moreover, it is very convenient to get off the ferry in San Stae (with Alilaguna it you can arrive directly from Venice airport, without any bridge). We are waiting for you!

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy.
