The condo is located both lakeside and poolside, with a private gated boat ramp, water's edge boardwalk, fishing, and tennis court just steps away. Oaklawn Racing Casino, Garvan Gardens, Magic Springs, and historic downtown Hot Springs are just minutes away.

The stock tank pool opens Mid-March, cold plunge in spring and refreshing plunge pool in summer.

Newly remodeled Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

Homewood Haven is a 30-acre private residence with the airbnb being a guest suite/apt attached to the main home. Enjoy the private jacuzzi and ozark view esp spectacular sunsets. Enjoy our walking path SHADY LANE to the back of the property where you will also find a place to enjoy a picnic. Pet friendly.

Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!

Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! This cozy geodesic dome has its own private nook overlooking our second pond. Heating and air are a must in Oklahoma and we got you covered so you are comfortable all year long. You also get access to our beautiful outdoor shower and our unique compost toilet for a truly memorable experience. Included in the dome is a mini fridge, microwave, Kuerig coffee, along with bowls, utensils, and towels.
