This peaceful, cozy country getaway is just outside of Fayetteville. It is just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. The kitchenette features a microwave, full size refrigerator, and plates/bowls/utensils. This getaway also includes a fire pit and a covered patio so you can spend time outside enjoying nature and may occasionally see some Arkansas wildlife. The barn sits on the same property as our house but the barn is private to you as is the yard in front of the barn.

Cozy barn apartment

Get away from it all and relax in a cozy barn apartment surrounded by the beauty of the country. We have recently restored an over 100-year old barn and converted the old stalls into a small apartment (600 sq ft). If you want to experience the beauty of nature in a unique place, this is the place for you. We use the barn to store hay for our cattle. We have Wagyu calves in the adjacent corral. In addition to cattle, we have a pecan orchard, 2 other farm houses for rent and pine trees.

Located in London, Arkansas, on Highway 64, adjacent to I-40, the Hale Homestead Barn sits on a family-owned and operated 9.25-acre farm in the Arkansas River Valley. Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is ten minutes from downtown Russellville and one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (one king-size bed and three twin beds) and features a large gravel parking lot.

Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. The Cabin -Unit C @ Ravine Retreat-Walk to trails!

500 square foot Cabin, that feels secluded but is in an old neighborhood right off the main road that takes you downtown & shares the property with a separate rentable house and apartment (100 feet from the Cabin). This unit backs up against a forest with wildlife. Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.
