Inside the house there is a one apartment and one studio and both can accommodate two guests. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen with dining area, which allows you to enjoy your own meals and holiday. There is also separate bedroom with TV and beautiful spacious bathroom with toilet and shower. Studio i equipped with spacious living room with pull-out bed, TV, sofa and few steps higher kitchen with dining table. From the terrace and garden you can enjoy yourself by gazing at the mountain and hill view surrounded with vineyards or just enjoy in BBQ facilities, your children can enjoy our playground with many options.

Jakob's cottage is an apartment house located in the heart of Kozjansko, on a spot with an amazing view on vineyards. The cottage offers a kitchen, one bedroom with a family bed and extra bed for two persons, one bathroom and a wooden balcony with an overhang from where you can enjoy the beautiful nature and peace. Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

We’re in a great spot: the local store is just a 5-minute walk for any essentials you need, and the post office is only 3 minutes away. V bližini termalnih kopališč - Terme Čatež, Terme Paradiso, Terme Podčetrtek, Terme Tuhelj. Uživate lahko v pohodništvu, kolesarjenju (možna izposoja električnih koles), raziskovanju gradov in vinskih kleti ali pa počivate na ležaniku v senci dreves velikega domačega vrta.
