Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Our beautiful home is now available when we are abroad. We renovated it in 2024 both inside and out. It has a generous sitting room / dining room, kitchen, laundry room and downstairs toilet. Tiny double ground floor studio with your own kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, in a warm, spacious modern house just next to Grand Canal Dock business district, 4 min walk to 3Arena and 10 min walk to Aviva stadium. Room is small, but comfortable and has everything someone visiting for a few days would need. Super-easy to get to and from the airport, close to city center and just next to many public transport lines.

Howth Cliff Walk Cabin

Chill out or go for beautiful cliff walks and discover Howth from this airy log cabin nestled among nature. The wild meadow behind the cabin leads to the Howth cliff path, perfect for hiking or strolling to Howth village or Howth Summit. There are several small swimming coves within walking distance. The cabin is at the back of my house but completely separate with its own entrance and lockbox. Lovely and peaceful!
