Perfect for a weekend getaway or for ASU parents! Stocked with goodies including local coffee, our farm fresh eggs, and homemade bread.

The Cottage at Historic Sutherland Manor est. 1807

(Please note the siding is being redone on the farmhouse in front of the cottage so there will be construction noise at times) This farm cottage is located on a historic 40 acre farmstead behind a beautiful farmhouse (which is under renovation) with views of The Peak, Ashe County’s highest mountain. We are bordering Elk Knob State Park and a 10 minute drive to the park entrance. The farm is located in the historic Sutherland valley district and was built in 1807 by Thomas Sutherland.

Hawks Landing Boho Cottage

Completely remodeled studio cottage on the side of Mount Jefferson only 5 minutes from downtown West Jefferson. It is a comfortable, cozy and clean home with a beautiful view from the deck and breakfast nook. Cottage features hardwood flooring, central AC, queen bed with remote control incline feature, gas grill, full kitchen and the privacy of mountain living. We are dog friendly with a nightly fee of $10 per dog. Cottage is close to several venues and about 30 minutes from Boone.

Baker's Cottage is the perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of life. Relaxing on the porch, chilling in the sunroom, or hanging out back by the creek, we know you will find your sweet spot here. The private backyard offers a great place to play games, cool off in the water, catch fireflies, or roast marshmallows while gathered around the fire. The cottage is just a short 2 minute walk to the New River and a 15 minute drive to food and shopping in West Jefferson.
