A 1936 Georgian Revival, Peri Social House is NC's Smallest Boutique Hotel. This first floor room has accessible access, a king bed and large bathroom. Spend slow mornings at our public coffee shop or enjoy a nice selection of craft beer, wines and cocktails at the cocktail bar. Walk to charming, downtown Black Mountain and explore the plentiful art galleries, local eateries and beautiful views. Peri means "mountain dweller" and we hope you'll dwell with us!

Experience Black Mountain: Asheville's best neighboring town, bustling with art, mountain views, and fabulous cuisine. A 1936 Georgian-Revival, turned Coffee + Craft Beer Shop, you'll be staying on the top floor of NC's Smallest Hotel. This unit encompasses the entire third floor. Please note: the cafe is open to the public and there is potential for noise. The bar closes at 9pm on week days and 10pm on Fri/Sat. Hotel is adults suggested (21+)

This historic, renovated inn is located in a residential neighborhood, a short walk to downtown.
