The guest house, we affectionately call the Villa, is situated near great views, restaurants, wineries, and nature trails available in Jacksonville, Ashland and Medford. Located in the country with views of the famous pear orchards. We have designed the Villa to be a quiet retreat that offers some unique features, so please familiarize yourself with our Property and House Rules. Orchard Home Cottage * Private, Cozy, Peaceful *

*NO PETS* Enjoy Southern Oregon by staying in our peaceful bright cottage. Perfect for those who want a quiet getaway close to all the Rogue Valley has to offer. It is situated toward the rear of our property w/private parking and its own fenced patio. We are located 4 miles from Jacksonville where you can hear the sounds of the Britt Festival. Ashland, home of Oregon's Shakespeare Festival is 20 minutes away. Lakes, hiking trails, and rivers are all around for those looking for adventure.

Victorian Garden Carriage House

You will wake in the trees, to the soft prospects of the forested Siskiyou mountains to the west. You'll discover enchanting views at every window, from city streets to a quiet English garden and pond. You are only a few steps from Ashland Plaza, yet the retreat-like environment we offer to all our guests requires that no incense, smoking, vaping or pets are allowed in the Carriage House. The City of Ashland has authorized the Carriage House. Our City Planning Action Number is PA-2013-01701.

The Birdhouse Retreat| Views & Hot Tub

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Immerse yourself with the sound of the forest gazing at the Applegate valley and lavender farms below. Walk around in over 10 acres of forest and enjoy a forest bath and sounds of the river below. Minutes from renowned Applegate Valley wineries and Applegate lake. Snow capped mountains in view most of the year. This space has a private bedroom and bathroom with a separate entrance. For the chilly nights, enjoy a cozy fireplace and a movie.

The Aloha House - Hot Tub - Pool

The Aloha House is located just above the University and only 1.5 miles from downtown Ashland. Nestled up a hill in the forest, you'll be transported to your own little private resort-like getaway with stunning views, architectural design that brings the outdoors in, and ample space for dining and entertaining poolside. The property consists of two separate studios (both included) connected by a unique outdoor living space with a seasonal pool, spa, outdoor shower, bar & BBQ, and more!

Countryman-Fox Carriage House

Considering the central location of this little gem, it is amazingly peaceful. To add to this charm, the cottage is fresh & bright with a lovely view across the valley. What a joy to walk across the street to the theater & dinner without parking issues. Besides being clean & safe, I like the king size bed, the fireplace, the choice of large tub or shower, the heated bathroom floor, and the little yard, the most. Charging is available for your electric cars in the upper parking area.

C Street Station Cottage

Light, bright and simply gorgeous, this charming studio is just a ten minute walk from the Festival downtown and is the perfect place to enjoy Southern Oregon. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood in the Historic Railroad District. The space includes a luxurious king bed. bathroom with shower and tub, fireplace, flat screen Smart TV, washer/dryer, and kitchenette. Large private parking space right by the door and the covered patio includes a dining area and barbeque. Designer inspired.

Kelly’s Carriage House 4 miles from Ashland

The Carriage House is located on Kelly's Farm four miles from the city of Ashland and less than two minutes from Highway 5. This two story home is 440 sq. ft with two sliding glass doors affording a 360 degree view of the mountains and sunset. There is an upstairs and downstairs deck, a propane grill and kitchen is fully furnished, two burners, countertop oven, and rice maker among other things. Set up for three people using two beds. Dogs are welcomed but we don't accept cats.

Quick access to Oregon Shakespeare Festival , wineries, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, or Skiing in Southern Oregon!

Kelly’s Farm 4 miles to Ashland

Nestled on the border of the Shakespeare hamlet of Ashland, Oregon, is Kelly’s farm. Only four miles away from Ashland. Kelly’s farm has horses, goats, chickens, gardens, fruit and nut trees with views of Mt. Ashland’s seven-thousand feet high profile in its front and bucolic rolling hills in its back. Bring your dog! You have access to a large fenced in yard right from your private entrance and deck. ***Unfortunately we are not set up for children under 4 or kitty cats.
