Fenced backyard has a fire pit w/6 Adirondack chairs, large picnic table & charcoal BBQ. Garage is a game room that includes a washer/dryer. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boat.

Experience sunrise on the river and sunset on the beach! Our cozy, dog-friendly tiny home was recently renovated & perfect for a couple or small family. We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

Come hang out at the River House.   The property has a  private feel and is on the Great Columbia River.  In Back of home is the Warrenton river walk . PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. The Iconic Short Circuit House!

Enjoy a unique stay with a spectacular view at Stephanie's House! Built in 1882, this charming Victorian farmhouse was used in 1986 film 'Short Circuit'. Located in historic Uniontown-Alameda, guests are just minutes away from downtown Astoria, and a short drive to our many coastal attractions. The patio boasts one of the best views in town- the Astoria-Megler bridge and the mighty mouth of the Pacific Ocean. If the rain keeps you inside, the same view is available from every bedroom window.

Otter Cottage

Otter Cottage offers the perfect combination of location and charm. This cozy and light filled space is modern and kitschy. Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. If you decide to venture out, there are many options for exploring.

Perched on a hill, private, beautiful live-work art space overlooking the Columbia River with views to the sea. Airy, open, loft w. 2 bedroom suites. Studio, laundry, decks, yard/deck below house, 4 blocks to downtown & river. 35 steps up to the house from the street! Two night minimum. Cat with minimal care requirements. Short bio for your profile needed for booking. I can only book 6 months ahead because of life-work issues, but you can message me with dates for wait-list.

Victorian Farmhouse with a view

You will love the view on the huge wrap around porch that over looks the Columbia River and the iconic ''Goonies House.'' 39th pier, Rogue Brewery and Coffee Girl are all in walking distance as well as the streetcar to downtown. There is a full fridge, dishwasher, new gas stove in the kitchen. In addition, there is a totally separate downstairs apartment in a daylight basement floor that is occupied. They do not have access to the hot tub or deck. Astoria licensed.

3 bedroom home on 2.5 acres overlooking the lower Columbia River. Main floor includes master suite with 2 queen beds, 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed. Downstairs daylight basement includes 1 queen, 2 twins. All rooms have a view of the Columbia River! We are 9 miles off Hwy 4 in Wahkiakum county. Definitely out in the country! Guests often enjoy seeing deer and bald eagles flying by. The last couple of miles are pretty winding, but the view at the end is worth it!

Bright, eco-built, near the port!

Ilwaco is a small port town on the WA coast with lots of character. The living space of our modern carriage house is upstairs so it's light & cozy, 600sq ft. It's a 2 minute walk to the port & 10 minute bike ride to Cape Disappointment (lots of bikes to use in the garage) and the beach. Upstairs-master bedroom with queen, bathroom, kitchen/living room. Downstairs- bedroom with single over double bunk bed, game closet, and washer/dryer.
