The Nest is centrally located within the crossroads of the Finger Lakes & the Southern Tier in Wayland NY (Exit 3). Surrounded by Rolling hills & agricultural fields. NOTE-Next to FOrX Summer Stage. Concerts take place Saturdays (ONLY)June-Oct. Be advised on concert nights the units deck overlooks the action & can be loud. Not suitable for children 3 & under. Unit has stairs & is close to the road.

Perfect for couples and families. (The apt is on the 1st level, the green part of the barn.)

Whenland is the name of this extraordinary 3 acre wooded property nestled in the hills of Naples, NY. Feel like roughing it, but don’t want to get too rough? Nestled back away from the road you'll find a fire pit, a small wooden handmade log bridge, repurposed material sculptures, and a wood stove heated tiny house from a repurposed trailer. This place has solar energy only, no running water and a composting toilet outhouse. Wine country, hiking, lakes, gorges, nature rich earth abound!

Just a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Naples for great dining and entertainment. Note: Due to the hillside location, AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather for safe access.

High Ridge Escape

This cozy bungalow features 180-degree views of the entire valley! The renovated cabin is situated on 34-acres, featuring hiking trails, magnificent views, and an abundance of wildlife and nature. The property is off of a private drive, making it the perfect place for a couple or small family to escape the hassles of life. The property also features an outdoor picnic area and firepit. Approximately 15-minutes from Naples (Canandaigua Lake) and 20-minutes from Hammondsport (Keuka Lake).

Suite Dreams

The entrance to the apartment has mats for shoes or boots and hooks for coats and backpacks. The bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath with a tub and shower attached. There has been a smart tv added to the bedroom wall since the pictures were taken. On the garment rack there are extra pillows, linens and a fleece blanket for your convenience. The living room has a half bath, “Murphy “bed and furniture to relax or watch tv. The kitchen is small and equipped to prepare simple meals.

Off Grid Bus at Bright Sky Farm

Unplug- and recharge- in our rustic converted school bus. Swim in the pond, meditate in the garden, pick raspberries and see some of the best night sky viewing around. Visit with the farm animals and tag along for chores if you want. This skoolie is far from the swanky, expensive ones you've seen on social media- this is a simple, rustic and very old bus that we were lucky enough to live in with our kids while we looked for our perfect farm, and now we're happy to share it with you!

The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.
