C'est le seul appartement dont le balcon de 17m2 est construit au dessus du chemin qui longe la plage, offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur les vagues, le village, les pêcheurs, les surfeurs. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.
