Our home is in a quiet & family-friendly neighborhood. The place is cozy, clean, & sanitized. Guests have a private entrance to a whole floor with 2 bedrooms, private bathroom, living room, small kitchenette and a study area. We live upstairs. Guests have excellent internet connection. Close to highway 81, JMU, Sentara RMH hospital. We are 20 miles to the National Park, and close to several restaurants. Ideal for short-term stays. There is a dedicated parking spot and tandem parking is possible.

Welcome to our private, cozy suite, Country Star. A sunny walkout basement apartment with patio and easy parking next to entrance makes coming and going a breeze. Country Star features a kitchenette, with table and chairs, one bedroom with queen bed and closet, and a full bath/shower. It provides comfortable space for two, with extra space for a pack-n-play or fold out lounge chair/bed for a third person. (See note in 'other'). Our space offers convenience and comfort, with self check-in.

Its an older neighborhood, but we find it simple and comfortable – our hope is that you will too. Once here you are 10 minutes from Shenandoah National Park, 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 10 minutes from the Appalachian Trail. We are also 30 minutes from the University of Virginia campus. It’s just over the mountain on Interstate 64.

Private Whole Lower Level. Caprica is the essential stay for an unforgettable Shenandoah Valley experience! Situated with perfect views of the outside, the guest quarters space is over 2200 sq ft. and features a lounge/media center, common meeting area, bedrooms & bathrooms, entertainment center with air hockey table and ping pong, and a fully supplied gym. See pictures for more details and information. Anyone is welcome to use the balcony, back patio, and fire pit.

Private entrance with outdoor patio in a peaceful neighborhood. We have books, games, and toys available for families with kids. There is a TV with access to HBONow, Disney+, and Netflix. Having lived in the area for many years, we can offer great recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, and places to explore.
