It was remodeled in 2023, but some of its original character remains. It is located at the end of a quiet country road but is only 35 miles from the Houston Galleria area. A three-bedroom 2-story house located just a couple of minutes from downtown in a secluded neighborhood with a farm setting. The house is situated on 12 acres with a pond, horses, and other very friendly farm animals around. Fresh eggs are available for breakfast. All pets are welcome, including horses. The house has a farmhouse/lodge decor with queen beds in each room, a sofa bed in the living room and additional sofa bed, day bed and trundle bed. Children are welcome.

Explore all day in solitude in the woods or on the creek! Swim, fish, cook in the wood fired pizza oven; escape to simplicity! Privacy and nature are your only neighbors out here so do what you feel. Holland House, a building filled with character and charm built in 1877; one of only a few that survived the hurricane of the 1900's. The unique twist of the building is what we fondly refer to as "character".
