Småbruk , idyllisk og nyoppusset

Du kommer aldri til å glemme et opphold på dette minneverdige stedet! Her bor du på toppen i eget småbruk med sol fra morgen til seint på kveld! Hele huset er nyoppusset. På småbruket er det hester og kattunger. Bær busker og frukt trær. 2 min gange ned til badebrygge ved vannet. 12 minutters gange ned til sjøen med fantastisk sand strand. Småbruket ligger på averøy og har egen gårdsbutikk med egenproduksjon av mat og interiør. Mange turmuligheter og kun 16 min fra Kristiansund by.

Notholmen Private Island with rowing boat

Notholmen Island is a secluded place outside the small village of Vikan. You are at one of the most unique costal areas of Norway along the Atlantic road. Notholmen was a reception centre for fish in its early years and is now our family's paradise. We are happy to share the unique place with others when not in use. Minimum stay of three nights. Guests have access to a rowing boat. Sheets is ordered for 150 nok p/ pers. There is only out-door toilet.

Herfra har du kort avstand til mange og spennende opplevelser. Det er kort vei til den fine kulturbyen Kristiansund der du kan oppleve bl.a den velkjente Sundbåten, spille golf eller ta en tur til Atlanterhavsbadet. Det går daglige båtturer fra Kristiansund til Grip. Av naturopplevelser er det det mulig å reise til Romsdalseggen, Trollstigen, Bud, Geiranger, Atlanterhavsvegen besøke stavkirken mm. fra feriehuset.

A cottage by the forest with a sea view!

The cabin is located in the forest, it has a view of the mountains and the fjord. From the right side of the terrace you can walk to the fjord. There are two grills on the plot, one gas and the other wood-fired. When the weather is nice, you can have a nice time outside, and when the weather is bad, it's very cozy to light the fireplace and watch nature from the inside.

Sveggvika Atlantic Home

Sveggvika Atlantic Home is located in Averøy. Providing free WiFi, the property also has a lagoon in the ocean directly outside, a terrace with a View and Sveggvika Guesthouse is 200 meters, sporting both a restaurant and a bar. Welcome to Kallmyr farm. The historic small farm from 1872 is idyllically located in the Lyngstad community by the Kvernesfjord. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with well-kept lawn and shrubs. From the house there are beautiful views of the fjord and opportunities for walks along the private shoreline.
